Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

What this page is

California (CCPA/CPRA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Texas (TIPA), Oregon (OCPA), and several other state laws require us to provide a clearly-labeled link titled "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." Even though we do neither, the link is mandatory.

What we do NOT do (and never have)

• 🔴 Sell your personal information to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else
• 🔴 Share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (the "share" definition under CPRA)
• 🔴 Trade, rent, lease, or barter your personal information
• 🔴 Use your data to train AI / machine-learning models for any third party
• 🔴 Allow third-party ad networks, social media SDKs, or fingerprinting libraries on our site
• 🔴 Build profiles for targeted advertising

If we ever changed this

We would:

• 🟢 Update this page and the main Privacy Policy
• 🟢 Bump the privacy policy version number
• 🟢 Show a banner in the app for at least 7 days before any change
• 🟢 Provide a true, working opt-out form here

For now: we don't sell or share. There is nothing to opt out of.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

If your browser sends the GPC signal, we automatically treat that as your opt-out preference. We honor GPC even though we have no sales to opt out of — and we will continue to honor it if our practices ever change.
